The worst food at Nandos
Dear Nandos, We had guests over last night and decided to get Nandos for supper, we usually go to the Flora Centre branch but this time my hubby went to The Village at Horison which i simply hate going to due to bad food every single time, I have complained on numerous occasions to the manage on duty but nothing gets done about. Last night we spent R650 at Nandos and food was shocking, Burger fillets were hard and overcooked, my pita had wilted lettuce and tomato and hard and overcooked chicken strips, wrap was so dry its not even funny the list goes on and on... I am so sick and tired of Nandos The Village, they have no sense of customer care and don't even take pride in their store, On the numerous occasions I have been there they are dancing to super loud music, shouting across the counters to each other. this is not customer service. I do not want the manager from Nandos The Village to contact me, I want someone from Head Office to contact me! I am sick of pathetic service from this branch, something needs to be done asap!!!!
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
