The Worst Experience EVER !!! NANDOS

I would like to share my extremely bad experience My family and I had @ the Sea Point Nandos

After I placed my order I informed the cashier that I am sitting down with my Family. We were 10 People in total and had to wait to be seated. With this being in a time where sitting down at a restaurant is very risky, we decided that we would try it ( Covid )

Wow - what a terrible experience from the minute we were given tables. The tables were Dirty ! We waited 10 - 15 minutes for someone to Finally clean it.

Then it got worst. After 45 mins - No food Asked the guys where our food was, its coming sir 10 mins later still no food. Asked again, will be at your table now sir.

I ordered Full Pack with 4 sides and a grilled chicken Salad. The other Family ordered the same but with a rice and chicken bowl.

The first half of the chicken arrived only. 5 mins later the second half of the chicken arrived. Then the cold slaw and every 5 mins a piece of our order would arrive. Eventually when all our food was finally at the table - All warm food was cold !!!

I am going to end my Complaint here, because i will never go to that Branch ever again!!!
