The staff needs customer service refresher course.

24 April 2025 my friend and I ordered at 18h08 and got food at 19h28 ...Food took over an hour to be ready, they came cold despite asking many times if they aren't ready, the staff attitude is bad, they focus mainly on online orders. ..we even got wrong orders on top of that. We ordered mild quarter legs and casa pap with corn only to receive lemon and herb quarter wing that barely had sauce...

Some ladies that work there had a terrible attitude. One boy asked if the food is ready and one lady with attitude said to him "nna fatshe bathong ba Modimo, hee banna" the poor boy was embarrassed, I was embarrassed on his behalf...
