The service at the Crescent Nandos is Absolutely Disgusting!!!!!
I placed an order online to receive delivery at 12:15. The order arrived at 11:05 and was sent back to the store because that was not the time that i requested the food for. The food did not arrive as yet. I called through to customer care and spoke to Ashley and he said he would return my call and it was 12:45 and the food did not arrive. I called the call centre again and they were blatant that all they could do is call the store which was not answering. They then contacted the area manager who was supposed to call me back and no one as called as yet. It is now 13:08. Talk about pathetic service. Absolutely disgusting.
