The manager told me to "do whatever the hell I want"

<p>The manager at the Springfield branch shouted at me and told me to do whatever the hell I wanted after me complaining that the chicken we picked up for supper yesterday came back dry and tasteless!</p> <p> </p> <p>Wayne, as he had said he was, said he was new at the branch and I had tried explaining to him that I was a regular customer and that when I usually order the chicken with extra basting, that's exactly what it comes with.</p> <p> </p> <p>He shouted at me, was completely impolite and cut me off each time I tried to talk.</p> <p> </p> <p>How mkuch worse service can you offer me, sir? Is this the way you handle regular customers who were very happy with the brnach prior ot dealing with you? We are PAYING customers - you aren't doing me a favour!</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED</p>
