VERY UPSET WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM THE HOWICK BRANCH. I called the branch at around 11.20am to ask if they deliver the lady that answered yes. So I told her I was interested in the freedom day special she then said there is 100 meals left can she take our order so I said wait let me check what the family needed and I will call back in 5 mins time. When I called back the lady that took my call then told me they are unable to deliver and I must come in store as they still have the promotion on but I need to come in store for the card so I asked why cant the driver bring it? she said cause his not allowed too. Then I asked for the Manager she just told me the 100 is sold out already, which is not believable as I made another friend of mine call in and they still got the promotion. Lies is not good for business. As a Manager she could have handled the issue better as I asked her if there is 100 customers in the store now, she said yes! I would like proof.
