The lack of service at Nandos Silverton

My family and i are so unimpressed with the service at Nandos Silverton. We waited for about 45 minutes just to get a waiter to place our order but no one helped us. Instead all the people who entered after us were helped. We were thurily overlooked. We left without our orders being taken or even asked if we needed anything.

Its not the first time we have been overlooked at Nandos Silverton and we are really upset about it.
