Thabo Sipho Moshodi Nandos west gate mall

I was beginning to doubt Nandos as a brand and the way their stuff conduct themselves, until I was assisted by a gentleman called Thabo Sipho Moshodi at Nandos West gate mall yesterday 08/08/23, he is truly a Nandos exceptional brand ambassador. Thabo was amazing, I was 3 hours late for my phone order, I was stuck in traffic and my food was super cold. Thabo made sure that he re-warm my food and ensured that all was in order. I really appreciate such exceptional lovely best service. I would really love to see Nandos give this gentleman a batch on excellent good customer service, I will go back for more food because of this only guy. Give that man a “bells” recognition please. I need feedback from Nandos of what they going to do to keep such people motivated. Most of their stuff drops the *****.
