Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!!!!!
Terrible service for a second time in two weeks. Last night I ordered 4 chickens with 6 sides. About 20 minutes after ordering I wanted to add chicken livers to my order, but they refused to take my order because they were “closed”. About 7 minutes after refusing my add on, another group of people entered the restaurant and were allowed to order. Sounds fair right?! Not only were staff unpleasant (save our cashier) they were down right rude when asked for something as simple as a glass. We waited from 22:00 until 22:30 for them to come out and tell us only half of our order is ready, but the restaurant was not even full at all, in fact it was empty. We got our food at 22:49 with cold chips, cold rolls. The staff did not care to be kind or friendly and the service totally sucked!!! I will never ever ever eat at this restaurant again. Totally disturbing and disgusting service - and it’s not the first time!
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
