Terrible terrible service
My word. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with Nandos! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. A gentleman from the call centre decided to knock off before giving me feedback on my query with my order, he didn't even bother to assign my case to someone else. The branch phone simply rang and rang for hours. HOW on earth is there no one to answer the store phone?!
