Terrible service Nando's OR Tambo

Went for dinner at Nando's OR Tambo on Sunday 9th September. We were terribly disappointed and the shocking service we received, which does not usually happen. After waiting a good 30 mins for our meal, watching people that ordered after us receive their orders, our meal arrives, chicken ice cold, chips cold, salad dry and old. We sent the chicken as well as the salad back. We receive the salad back, still not fresh. Waitress came back with our chicken, burnt and dry topped off with extra sauce, which we initially ordered and did not receive. Nevertheless, we didn't say anything further. We then asked the waitress for our Sprite that we order (we actually wanted Coke which was out of stock) and was told that there is no stock. I told the waitress that went I placed the order there was enough stock in the fridge so she will have to bring it. 2mins later she comes with the Sprite. In total we had 3 waitresses serving us. By now we were fed up and just carried on. Before we left the manager came to apologise and asked not to take the matter further and asked if he could offer us free dessert to make it up. I am not one to take anything for free as if I want something I will pay for it. I refused his offer. He brought one of the waitresses to apologise which she did ever so sarcastically and walked away. I was going to leave it as that but what made me more angry was when two of the waitresses walked behind the wall and started complaining and moaning. This is not on. Needless to say we will not be going back to this store in a hurry.
