Terrible Service Nandos Banbury/Northview near Northgate Johannesburg

Nandos Barnburg near Northgate/Northriding have the WORST service. I ordered my food at 12.20pm on a Thursday 13 August 2020. Thier app said food would be delivered by 13.25pm. At 13.19pm thier tracker app said the delivery was on it's way and arriving in a one min. I went outside , waited for 10 mins and noone arrived . I called Nandos Banbury and spoke to a lady named Lungi/Lucy. She was rude when I called the first time and told me to wait. The second time I called she said she would check with the guy and call back. When she called back she said he is close and on his way. I waited another 10 mins and then when I called the third time she said the delivery guy named Lucky was not answering his mobile phone. By 2.10pm my order had still not arrived. I have cancelled the order now and today has been a terrible experince. I am working from home and wanted to eat before my 2pm meeting. If Nandos Banbury is not coping with number of orders required for delivery they must clearly advise customers. Not to over promise and under deliver.
