Terrible service - Nandos
Exceptionally poor service received from Nandos twice over the past two weeks. The Call Centre and Nandos Douglasdale are unable to service clients via delivery. Excuses are constantly given about systems down and in some instances no feedback given from the Call Centre so you sit and wait for your delivery for over an hour, only to find when speaking to the Call Centre Manager that the order did not go through.
