TERRIBLE SERVICE GATEWAY NANDO'S

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at Nando's Gateway.

I had went the the store to redeem a voucher upon my arrival they had redeemed the voucher but had notified me after that they were offline. I paid for my food in cash as it was my lunch break and I was restricted with time. I had waited a while for my food only to receive my food cold and incomplete. The chicken was slightly undecooked as you could still see the chicken was pink. I asked the waiter for water that I never received.

I'm really disappointed with the service I have received as this is the second time with bad service where I did not receive the good food or service that I paid for.

A massive waste of my time and money ???????
