Terrible service
Ola! Your order from Corlett Drive Thru is in the kitchen & should be in your hands around 19:20. Order number 5011/430072. For queries: ***
Waiting for over 40 minutes, no order, called in, no answer on option two, however as soon as we opt for option one (placing an order) nando's is quick to answer. Spoke to Thapelo and Khanya, they were of NO assistance what so ever, so disappointed in your service.

01 Jan 2020, 12:23I just received a call from Zinhle Nkosi from your Corlett drive store in Jhb, she cannot organise a refund until the 7th, she has terrible phone manners, offered a meal for the inconvenience then retracted because I am unhappy about the refund date,this lady hung up on a customer. She calls herself the manager however states she cannot assist us and we will have to wait for the manager to return to work on the 03.01.2020, can I please get proper assistance. So disappointed.
