terrible service/ confused staff

I went to nandos in bluff on 02.02.2015 <br> <br> i ordered a 1/4chicken chips & roll,3 full wings & chips & a garlic roll.<br> <br> order was placed at 5.30pm order number 396 for take out, i was told the order would take 8 to 10 mins by the cashier.<br> <br> i walked around the mall & went back to the store around 5.50pm i gave my slip to the cashier to collect my order, she went to the packer & couldn't find my order.<br> <br> they called the person from the grill & all started arguing infront of me with each other about what happened to the order. <br> <br> the order was made for eat in when my invoice stated take out, they argued amongst each other & eventually packed the chicken into a packet, all the time i am waiting at the counter and nobody was explaining to me what is going on. i eventually had to call the manager and then my order was given to me at 6.15pm and still the roll was not packed.<br> <br> when i got home and opened the order everything was dry & i asked for extra basting sauce as per my invoice, the garlic roll was stale my wife did not even feel like eating the food.<br> <br> i have pictures of the food and the invoice, i am a regular nandos customer and feel disgusted at the service from this branch.
