Terrible service at the ridge nandos

Nandos at the ridge shallcross serves the worst food ever the staff doesn't even take proper instructions, the first set of meal I ordered was extremely burnt and dry, they took the meal back and replaced it with half cooked chicken and no butter, really disappointed
