Terrible service at the pavilion

My sister and I went for lunch to the Pavilion nando's (this was a few months ago-March 2017). Anyway we order our 1/4 chicken each, well done extra sauce. When the chicken arrived there was no sauce at all also the chicken was not well done. We then phoned customer service and the lady requested details from the till slip she also asked us to keep the chicken as someone will fetch it before we are compensated. We'll we are now in September 2017 and no one has responded to us, also the chicken is still in my freezer! Thanks for the terrible service nando's
