Terrible service at Nando’s Lifestyle centre - worst Nandos store

Nandos lifestyle center in Centurion is useless, terrible service. I ordered on the Nandos App (order#: ***), I opted for Nandos lifestyle center because the efficient Nandos next to me (Saxby - Eldoraigne) seemed to be offline. The eta for my order was 18:15, I arrived at the shop on time and there were customers being told there is no salad. Customers were told after paying.

Its 18:44 we are still waiting and there are six uber eats drivers also waiting for long.

Why does this store accept orders if they do not have the capacity service customers?
