Terrible service at Nandos, Jean Crossing!

<p>We placed an order at Nandos, Jean Crossing. About 30 minutes later we enquired as to why it was taking so long and they responded saying they can't trace our order but they'll make sure we get it soon. Almost 1 and a half hours later and still nothing! This branch honestly has the most employees from any other Nandos branch and about 15 of them were on "lunch" sitting around the Nandos tables while on their phones drinking coffee and socializing. Plus to top it off they couldn't even locate their manager when we requested to speak to her! We had to wait an extra twenty minutes to find her. I'm absolutely put off by how lazy and unprofessional the staff are at Nandos, Jean Crossing. Three other customers were there as well complaining about how long they were waiting whilst their staff were on their cellphones. I am completely disgusted and will never go back. </p>
