Terrible Service at Nandos Brackenfell

The worst service i have ever received at Nando's Brackenfell in my entire life. I placed an order over the phone and was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes by a very very very rude unprofessional man by the name of Bjorn and when i got to the store 23 minutes later, they informed me that they never received my order. Had to re-place the order and wait another 8-10 minutes which i was avoiding to do hence the call. I then called back the number and they informed me that you can only place over the phone orders through them "the call centre". Called them and asked to speak to the supervisor, Bjorn placed me on 16 minutes of hold and when he picked up he said "ow, ill transfer you' which took another 7minutes or so and the supervisor i spoke to Amy was just as useless as the contact centre agent. Nando's service in cape town is very poor. am so glad you do not have a branch in the airport here.
