TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO HYGIENE

We went to Nando's in Mvusuludzo Shopping Complex Thohoyandou. When we wanted to order the re ja joy, neva isphithiphithi special (R249) they said to us there is no 1.5Litre coke no sugar so they said we should buy the full chicken with three sides which is R239, so cool I agreed, we order and they said there is no pap and salsa, fine it was time to pay, only then they tell us their speedpoint is not working and we need to go withdraw then come pay. We ordered for sit in, it was full as December is a busy time, we eventually got a table after a family had got up, I asked one of the staff members to please come and clean the table for us, after 20 minutes we were still sitting on a dirty table so I then got up and took the plates to the kitchen myself and carried on until the table was cleared, and then proceeded to ask for a cloth so I could wipe the table myself. We waited for the food for over 35minutes. Eventually the food came and as we were eating there were ****roaches playing around, and the floor was super dirty. Service is terrible there and it is like they are doing you a favour. Even when the food came, it was cold, we were not offered any sauces. And as we were eating the table who ordered just after us had pap and salsa whereas they told us they did not have pap. This is unacceptable and I have taken photos and footage.
