Terrible service

I ordered a full chicken (mild) on the 20/09/2022,the chicken came to us with no flavor basically like a boiled chicken, we ordered because it was loadshedding. I called the verulam branch and requested to speak to the manager she took the call and was no help at all she refused to give me her name as well. This was the first time we experienced such bad service from nandos, as a manager she didn't even know her company's complaints email address. Very disappointed!
