Terrible service

Went to the one in Strand Western Cape. Disorganised. No covid protocols in place.....no sanitizing of furniture or cleaning of tables no ventilation or aircon was the worst experience ever! Waited over an hour for food whilst some people came after and left before our order was received. Once food was received waited over 10 minutes for cutlery and clean glasses. Complained 2 weeks still haven't received a reply to date. Disgusting and shocking
