Terrible Service
On the 4th Jan we visited your branch on our way back from holiday coming up to JHB.<br> <br> The service was terrible. We waited like 30 minutes just to place an order. Was advised that the food will take 20 minutes due to being busy.<br> Waited over 45 minutes for the food and when it arrived was cold!!!<br> The manager was apologizing to all the customers but did not bother to come to our table at all dispite having requested to see a manager.<br> <br> It was the worst service I have every experience at Nando's - you need to check your peak seasons and know this and staff accordingly.<br> <br> Its shocking that the service was pathetic and the food was even worse - and that we had to wait so long although we were told there was a 20 minute wait but this ended up double the time.<br> Your manager must also not just visit certain customers to explain the situation, he should have seen to all the tables.<br> <br> Such a waste of spending more than R600 on the meals for the family - please get your service sorted.<br> We have eaten here many times, this was the worst and will be the last that I come to Nandos with my family.<br> <br> I would like to receive your feedback and resolution
