Terrible service!

Utterly disgusted in your customer service and the quality of your food.

So to begin with, I get to your doors the store is not really busy but there's no one to take my temperature or to provide sanitizer. I ended up using my own till someone eventually came to the front of the store to write down my temp.

We requested 1 breast piece and 1 leg & thigh with a large portion of livers and 2 garlic rolls.

The chicken you served was entirely and completely up to standard, serving people the tiniest piece of chicken for the price you charge is Ludacris! The role was burnt, there was nothing garlic about it! All I tasted was charcoal.

Woolworths is expensive WITH REASON, QUALITY! you're expensive but with no quality so why would I wanna go back?

I called the waiter to complain, she called the manager and WOW the manager could've just stayed where he was. ZERO CUSTOMER SKILLS!

Came there, returned my exact same food that I sent with the waiter and told me it could not be changed not even for a breast side instead of thigh. When I calmly told him I'm not happy with the food they've served and I'll escalate this further I was told I'm welcome to do so.

I know my rights as a customer, I know his responsibility as a manager and he definitely didn't play his part. Well done manager, you allowed me to leave the store UNHAPPY with your food.
