Terrible service

Went to Nando's Mahikeng (the crossing), ordered a quarter chicken and a side salad. I could not believe that it is lunch time and they tell me that they do not have salad available. Are they not suppose to prepare for 13h00. Secondly i ordered the hot flavour, the chicken is not even hot, there is no sauce over it and there is no extra sauce in the packet. This is really ****************, i paid R60 for a very disappointing meal.
