Terrible Service
<p>Good day</p> <p>Please note yesterday 29 June at 17:57 I placed an order for a full chicken and 2 sides wedges and garlic rolls, cashier confirmed my order and delivery, after 1 hour and numerous calls with no answer and long waiting q I still had not received my order to feed my family after coming home from work and expecting to get a meal, please see below the amount of times I called and by 20:40 had still not received my order, I then call and speak to a manager Bastille who till now this morning I am still awaiting for him to call me back, he has not bothered calling me back like he said last night when I queried where my order was. I then get a knock on my door at 21:00 from a driver of nandos wanting to deliver our supper food we ordered at 17:57! I am beyond disappointed! I told the driver to take that back we waiting 3 hours for food 3 hours! I am definitely taking this matter far! I expect something to be done I expect a call an email and compensation for this! Nandos sparks road you have disappointed me and the service and the manager who calls customers but don't!
