Terrible service

Cashier Phumzile ,,,got angry because I changed my order ,,because I thought it would be cheaper if I add a roll,something she should have suggested ,,when I told who I think is a superior Ntobeko ,she didn't even apologise ,,,I know Nandos to offer great customer service but what I got today was something else,,no smile ,,,like I'm inconveniencing them,,,!Nandos Smith Street Durban
