TERRIBLE SERVICE
COMPLAINT OF NANDOS MORNING SIDE, RIVONIA.
My colleague & I went to Nandos earlier this morning at 09:58 to be exact, while the store was still closed, to purchase the meal for R30 which is on special currently, As it was my understanding that the 1st 100 WALK IN clients can buy the meal at the counter, however we were 8th In line, when the 3rd person in line got to the counter they said the meals are finished as they reached the 100 mark.
The cashier Jeff said there was a phone order which was taken for 60 orders so hence it was done and the system wouldn’t Allow them to punch in our orders, we requested to speak to the store manager(Portia) but the manager did not want to come to The front to assist she blatantly ignored us. We waited our entire lunch hour to speak to the manager, another lady who was there even called Head Office to Complain but we still didn’t get assisted,head office said theres nothing they can do now and that they will investigate and get back to us within 24 to 48 hours. We were given a ref number for the complaint as 153547
The service from the cashier to the manager to the head office was disgusting to say the least, they shouldn’t falsely advertise rather they shouldn’t have promotions or specials which they cannot honour, I am utterly disgusted, this has been the worst service we ever received at any food outlet.
