Terrible Service

I am so disappointed in the service of Nandos Ormonde.

I placed an order at 10.45on the 18 August 2017, asking for it to be ready for 12.50. Firstly my driver gets there and has to wait because they no longer keep phone orders ready, they only make it once you are there to collect. The disappointing part is that my driver had to wait and they still got the order wrong, even with him having a detailed list of my order. This has not been the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time with Nandos Ormonde. I have lost count on my fingers and toes. The last time I lodged a complaint about the very same branch with regards to them always getting my order wrong and not receiving my order. The owner contacted me telling me he will give me his cellphone number to contact him if there are any hassles in the future, but guess what, that did not happen!!! This store is not willing to improve on their service levels after numerous complaints to there manager!!

This store is definitely giving the Nando’s brand name a bad taste!!!

Disgusted, not even worth a star!!!!!
