terrible service

<p>I placed an order with nandos on the appetite app and the sms said it will be delivered by 20:08, the delivery only arrived at 20:50 the bag was wet and the food was cold. This is absolutely unacceptable and it happens every time we order from nandos, and they almost never get the order right. Their service seriously needs to be looked at!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Order ***</p>
