terrible service
<p>I ordered at 13:20 for delivery. I spoke to Mathenji. I called at 14:20 and was told the food has not left and they don't know when it will leave as they have a problem with their transport. I asked for the manager as I needed to know why wasn't I told this before I ordered. I waited for the manager for 10 minutes, he came on the phone at 14:30. I said to him I've been holding for 10 minutes and he told me a story about an alarm or something like that.. It's just pathetic service. </p>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
