Terrible service!
<p>I had called in today to place an order for delivery. The person handling my call was rather unprofessional, speaking to other people while handling my call. This resulted in me repeating information numerous times. I was promised delivery within 45 minutes and it is now over an hour and I still have not received my order. I have called in 9 times all of which were not answered. Finally my call was answered only to find out that thanks to the unprofessional manner in which my call was taken the order was delivered to the wrong area and my little sister left waiting hungry after coming home from school. With the understanding that information is not always clear over the phone , I repeatedly found myself giving the address to the guy on the phone having to ask him if he is listening and if he did get the right address . It is highly disappointing. </p>
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
