Terrible Service
<p>Visited nandos in toti on Sunday for lunch with family. We ordered our meal with one of their new drinks, Cheritini. We received our meal about 20mins later without the drink we ordered and paid for so upon receiving the meal we asked for the Cheritini and was told they are still making it. Halfway through the meal we asked again for the drink and was told it was still being made. After we had finished our meal 25mins later we decided to go through to the counter and asked for the manager. Spoke to the manager and he was so confused and couldnt explain why the drink wasnt served. He asked the staff but everyone was dumb struck. He offered no option to reconcile and just offered a refund. Such pathetic service from a big franchise. We went to woolies and cooled our tastebuds there. Poor management and unwilling staff, apparently its always bad service at that store according to the people who stood next to us while we were questioning. Will deffinately pass the message to my colleagues, family and friends. We dont need to eat our sunday meal in an unfriendly and unappreciated environment.</p>
