Terrible Nando's Experience
I have experienced the worst online experience with Nando's and the frustrating thing is that you pay for the meal and then you have to wait for more than an 1.5 hours for the meal to get delivered. Why provide a delivery time if this cannot be adhered to?... Each time that I have ordered, either my husband or myself had to still call the manager to find out about my order.
I have had more than 1 occasion having to wait for my meal (2 already being online orders). I also know that adding this review will just go on deaf ears as Nando's is always so constantly busy that the people that have bad experiences will not matter at all.
