Terrible Meal - Dry and Burnt chicken

i have received a terrible service from Westgate Nandos today, i have ordered full chicken mild and extra sauce. The worse terrible meal i received; the chicken was full dry, burned and never tested like Nandos meal. it never had that saucy smell of Nandos, I really like i wasted my money, the chicken never worth the R179 that i have paid, it really worth the same chicken dust that is sold on the street where they only sell it for R50. Nandos at Westgate must just reject orders when the food is finished than serving their customers nonsense as like we not paying money. they served terrible meal, none in the house enjoyed that dry and burned chicken. If it was during the day i should have returned that meal, it was a mess, i have never seen Nandos serving dried chicken, my night was ruined, i also sent complained on MrD, hope their manager account on this mess, i have have R179 to waste, if i wanted dust chicken from the street i should have gone there but i chose Nandos because i wanted the meal that is served at Nandos. Hope to get better explanation from their manager.
