TERRIBLE FOOD FROM NANDOS GLENWOOD

So I ordered a nandos pita bread today.I ordered it before 12:30 and got it at 14:20 and it was absolutely cold and horrible and the worst pita I have tasted and a cpmplete waste of my R65 (R50 plus R 15 rands for delivery).

Firstly the call centre got the Nandos branch that was supposed to make and deliver my order wrong and sent it to Umgeni Park branch when I am right across from the Glenwood branch, then they call me and refuse to deliver the order here and told me to sort it out with the call centre and the Glenwood branchThe Glenwood branch only registers my order at 13:20 and delivers at 14:20.It had to be a brand new order.I was still tryin to understand but then they send my order with a totallly incompetant driver who had to phone me about 4-5 times to get directions and still could not find the place .I had to go find him and then he screams and tells me that next time he wont deliver here instead of being apologetic, he was rude and a horrible person who only seemed to be angry at not being able to find the place.I should be the angry and tell him things but he was going on and on about being lost. I am surprised at how he could not comprehend directions when I made it so simple for him to find by giving him landmarks.Then again, Nandos call centre also seems to be filled with incompetant people who cant take a proper order from someone whose address it already on their system.That driver spoilt my day with his bad manners and poor attitude. Nandos needs to pay more attention to customer satisfaction.There was no apology and I still had to pay for cold terrible food.NANDOS GLENWOOD IS THE WORST NANDOS FRANCHISE EVER!!!
