Terrible food and service
<p>We ordered a huge order today for R2500. When we received the order there were about 4 meals missing. Not to mention the food itself was not up to normal Nandos standard that we know of. The wedges were very hard, the burger meal fillets were absolutely flat, it was almost as if we were eating roll, sauce and garnish. We order almost every week from this St. Johns Nandos and this is worst service we received, we are very disappointed as this has brought the standards of the "Nandos chicken"we all know as juicy and as quality down. Terrible!!!</p>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
