Terrible food and service

On Saturday the 25th of June my husband and I had a meal at Nandos in Rosebank due to load shedding my husband and I love nandos and often eat it, we ordered our food and waited quite a while that is when my husband seen our order just standing there on the counter he got up and went to the counter where all the food is waiting for the waitress/waiter to collect and when he asked her about our food she had an attitude and grabbed the slip out of his hand and threw it down and walked away (what an attitude) after this we still never got our food I was furious when she finally brought our food, no cutlery no glasses and the burger was absolutely terrible the chicken and roll were dry dry dry from standing so long it was the most terrible nandos I’ve ever had!!! We pay a lot for nandos it’s not cheap and we are regulars and know how it should taste this was horrible and we should really be refunded for the terrible meal and service!!!! The Manager however was friendly and came to apologise. But still this was time and money wasted I’m very disappointed. I have left a mail for their customer service about this and they have not responded .
