Terrible experience at Rosmead Nando’s

Just visited Nando’s in Rosmead (a branch I will never recommend to anyone) shocked me with the terrible service we received! My dad bought a starter livers for takeaway, luckily he checked the box before we left. To our surprise not even half of the box was filled with food and only 2-3 livers was placed inside. When we spoke to the manager advising that we have never received such a little food in a starter at Nandos before he was insistent it was just a starter portion. He kept insisting this instead of offering decent customer service! How can they expect R39.90 for a box of livers that is not even filled half way! In the end I told him to refund us as we would not accept the product that was offered! Nandos service is really bad I wouldn’t recommend the Rosmead branch to anyone. My main regret is not taking a picture of the box so that I could show everyone how little food was placed inside. Will definitely not see me again ??
