Terrible experience at Ballito Nandos!!!

I ordered online and selected kerbside pickup at 17:50 for pick up at 18:45,i get to the kerbside pick up and selected ''i have arrived'' waited for 20 mins no one arrived which is extremely annoying as i have a reason i selected kerbside pick ...I went into the store and they can not find my order person after person goes to look for my order and doesnt arrive back finally the manager came and saw me and said he is sorry very bluntly and asked for me to pay in the meantime...i waited a further 10 mins now 19:25 then i get my order.I get home to absolutely terrible food the chips were cold and stale!!!! I asked for the chicken to be cut in 8 but it was missing pieces i had 6 pieces which consisted of 3 Drumsticks how does a full chicken have 3 drumsticks????????? it was not grilled properly and the overall experience was exhausting and terrible .I dont live in ballito but used to love the food at the ballito branch but NEVER again i am a very regular customer of Nandos and this has questioned my loyalty...I dont mind paying for something if it has quality but that food was extremely horrible
