Terrible Customer Service
Order #960. I am at Nandos in Vereening and I hate their in venue dining experience. The cashier #101 Brenda B, was rude and didn't want to even listen to me trying to finish my order. She kept interrupting me and was irritable as I spoke to her. You may know your chicken but you seem to have forgotten people skills. I will never return here. The manager is not to be seen. The waitress didn't bring us condements and when she's called over she gets mad. I will truly never return here and I recommend that others do the same too.

10 Jan 2021, 11:04Today, a few minutes ago, I received a call from the branch manager who apologized and assured me he'll get to the bottom of this situation. Firstly I have to appreciate how fast his response was in this matter. Secondly he took the time to hear me out and his assurance to fixing this made me feel much much better. I will be giving them another chance. Truth be told the food was amazing more especially for me who is currently on a specified diet and my diabetic father in law
