Terrible customer service

I purchased via Mrd on 16th June 2024 i requested extra sauce on the chicken. The chicken came dry with no sauce and the livers also hardly had sauce. This was not the first occassion. I lodged a complaint the Chatsworth store manager contacted me. She stated I did not request for extra sauce on my livers which the app does not allow. I stated it should come with sauce she stated only 15ml. She wanted picture of the chicken to show that it did not have sauce. Who takes a pic of the order. Nando's Chatsworth you have lost a loyal customer. I was no apology for their bad service and I was made out to be ****.
