Terrible chicken

I am very disappointed by the service I received from Nandos in Westgate(Roodepoort). I wrote a complain to MrD hoping that they will acknowledge my complain but unfortunately until today they haven't said anything. So now I just want Expose their terrible service, they sold me dry chicken, it was tasteless because they ddnt even bother to put sources to moist it. It is happening for the third time now, if their chicken is not burned, it's dry like it's been on the fire for the whole day, The Nandos at Westgate usually serves such terrible chicken when u place order after 5pm or 6pm. They don't care once its late. They ignored my complain yesterday!
