Terrible attitude of staff members

On the 01 November 2018 I was in Pretoria North and I ordered take away from Nando's. The lady at the till is amazing she's warm and welcoming and knows how to treat clients, perhaps she should be promoted; her co-workers who prepare our food not so much. I bought my food and went to the salon next door, one of the ladies who was at the salon with me offered to collect my food as I was still busy; I ate about half of my chips before I went back to Nando's to ask them to warm my food, as I had left it there for a while. Once more the lady at the till assisted me with a smile, the lady who prepares the food threw her hands in the air asking "what am I warming here". with such attitude. I got my food and when I was back at the salon I realised that my peri-chips were over-spiced, literally the spice was just dunked on top of my chips, I then had to walk back and ask for other chips....all this just because I asked to have my food warmed up.
