Team leaders harrassing clients
Shocking that 'team leaders' in your call centre harrass clients in their personal capacity when they can't resolve a complaint. Was threatened by a Henry, and told to never buy Nando's again if I'm going to complain. I didn't give concent for anyone to call and send me threatening messages. Take my details of your database!!
