Tasteless, runny Nando's chicken

My husband and I ordered Nando's for collection from the Drive thru Nando's in N1 city. When we arrived there was a bit of waiting time which we did not mind. However it was disappointing to get home and have tasteless & runny Nando's chicken. The reason why we buy from them is for the flavour and purely because we enjoy their food. This experience was disappointing and makes me wonder if it is a matter of quantity over quality or if it that specific franchise we went to.
