Taste less Nandos

I bought a Nandos wrap lemon and herb with extra sauce at Nandos East London Oxford road and it was taste less. There was no taste of lemon and her andcthe chicken was under cooked in the wrap. This is the first time experiencing Nandos without the lemon and herb taste, I did not finish the wrap. Question to Nandos, Was the sauce diluted with water?
