Takeaway customers vs. sit down customers
Saturday this past weekend I visited the Nando's at the trade route mall in Lenasia, I place a take away order that took 25 minutes to prepare, the people that were in the line behind me, that placed sit down orders got their food in less then 15 minutes, I complained to the manage Thabo that its unfair that because he needs to turn around tables he makes the takeaway customers wait, he tells me that he is packing my order what else do I want from him, his attitude stinks, he did not respond to my statement and as a customer I am disgusted at the way he addressed me, in future I will place a sit down order, occupy a table, when the waiter arrives with my food i will ask for to be packed away, its the quickest way to get a meal and I encourage others to do the same.
